I launched FitMeow Fitness on Christmas Day of 2022—almost by accident. In the fall of 2022, I had a series of fellow performers reach out to me for Personal Training. They all needed help with knee pain, hip pain, plantar issues, general balance, and endurance (our job is incredibly taxing on the body). While I love 1-on-1 training, there are only so many hours in the day and I just didn't have the time to work with everyone... but I felt terrible telling people “no.”

 

So I began writing a Gym Guide; one that would strengthen the joints, improve balance, increase endurance, and build strength over a period of 7 weeks—long enough to see progress, but short enough to feel manageable. Most people don’t need my full and undivided attention anyway, they just need someone to point them in the right direction. This way, the workouts can be catered to the needs of each individual. Your timeline, your gym, your schedule, and your goals. One thing led to another, and in the course of about 3 weeks I went from having a single PDF gym guide to a full-blown LLC with all the accoutrements.
